Hubbard School is so excited to kick off our 2016-2017 Character Education program!
We are focusing and building upon one very important quality for the whole year: KINDNESS! All aspects of kindness will be discussed and presented by each and every member of the Hubbard School community at our School Pride Assemblies.
Follow us on Instagram @humansofhubbard for an inside look into Hubbard School Kindness, and stay tuned to our website for videos of skits and updates for each School Pride Assembly!
In October, Mrs. Khoury's 2nd grade class introduced a program called Read to Feed. Here is a link to read more about it:
Hubbard School raised $1,312.65! What kind readers!!!
Hubbard School kicked off the new year with a WONDERFUL School Pride Assembly! On January 5th we honored School Pride Winners, an Artist of the Month, and saw a powerful skit by Mrs. Spaccavento’s third grade class. They put together a presentation that showed us how Martin Luther King Jr. changed the world and the importance of standing up for what you believe in. Lastly, the whole gym was lead by Mrs. Korduba in a beautiful song with sign language about MLK. It was a peaceful afternoon at Hubbard and the perfect start to 2017!
